I am now home again. I leave in 3 days for my month long stay in Florence, Italy. I can't believe I'm actually going! Ashley, Josh, and I have the trip pretty much all planned. Today I bought "Italian Phrases for Dummies" so I could learn a few words before entering a foreign country with no idea of how to speak their language. I have learned a few words already so I'm sure I'll be fluent in Italian by the time I return to the states. ha. This should be interesting!
My time at home has been really nice. I was able to catch up on my sleep after my time at Impact. Josh came up to visit me on Tuesday and we had a good time just hanging out and spending some time on the lake. I absolutely love any time that I get to spend on the lake because it is always so beautiful and most of the time, peaceful. Of course, I love pretty much anything I do outside.
Tomorrow will be spent getting things ready for Italy. This includes making lists, hopefully picking up my Euros at the bank, writing down directions and hostel bookings, figuring out what to pack, etc.
