Ok, I deleted my old posts. All two of them. I'm taking a whole new approach to this whole blog thing. What approach is that? I dunno. But it's different than before. I think I will make this more of something my friends that are away from me can read to get updates. Before, it was more like random thoughts, but I don't get random thoughts that I want to write about that often. So, here is my new journal...
I'm at home in Florence right now where I will be spending most of the month of June. Then I'll be leaving on July seventh for Florence Italy!
I'll be taking a painting class at an art college there called Santa Reparata. Do I paint? No. I know nothing about it. But, I'm excited about learning something new.
As for now, I'm really enjoying being at home. It's nice to get to spend time with my family and see old friends. Since today is Memorial Day, we are having some friends and my grandfather over to eat dinner and some homemade ice cream. But now, I have to get back to helping mom and dad with the yard work. Since I don't have a job or classes right now I'm in charge of helping out with the house and cooking etc. So, back to sweeping the porch.
